Sponsor Evaluation

EVALUATION(S)

In most cases your coordinator will contact your sponsor about your evaluation(s). If you are in the same place the entire time, you may have a midpoint and final evaluation. If you are rotating between facilities or departments, you will be evaluated as you finish your hours in each location.

You will receive a copy of the sponsor's evaluation. The sponsor evaluation is included as a portion (20%) of your grade for your Internship class.
