Before You Go

Two forms need to be completed before you can begin the first day of your internship:

The Parental Permission Agreement can be signed at anytime and returned to your school's Career Development Coordinator or you can email them directly to Mrs. Doster, Work-Based Learning Coordinator, at cmdoster@clevelandcountyschools.org.

The CCS CTE Internship Commitment form will be completed at the time of your internship placement meeting. This meeting will take place after a site has been secured for the intern and right before the intern begins work. This form will be signed by the student intern, the site supervisor, and Mrs. Doster.
